With a background in industrial engineering and deep expertise in process optimization, she has restructured the company’s operations to meet the exacting demands of high-end architectural millwork.
From ERP development to cross-team coordination, her leadership ensures precision, clarity, and flawless execution. Deeply committed to client satisfaction, she balances strategic thinking with a profound respect for craftsmanship, making her a key force behind Classic’s long-term partnerships and consistent excellence.

With 29 years in architectural millwork, Robert brings a rare depth of experience and authenticity to every client relationship. Trained by master cabinetmakers in Italy, Portugal, and Germany, he combines the precision of traditional craftsmanship with a modern, strategic approach. Since joining Classic Woodwork over 12 years ago, he has shaped operations, led production, and managed special projects. As Vice President of Sales, Robert is known for his expertise and guidance. Clients trust him to translate complex visions into built reality, ensuring that every detail reflects the artistry and precision that define Classic Woodwork.

Chris, with over 30 years of experience in furniture making and a strong engineering background, brings invaluable expertise to our team. His exceptional ability to understand and exceed clients' unique needs, coupled with prior experience in manufacturing high-end commercial office, residential furniture, and architectural woodwork for the hospitality industry, sets him apart. Chris's unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results and his deep industry understanding make him an invaluable asset to our team. Today, he leads key strategic initiatives, from launching new departments to expanding operations in Florida.

VP - Preconstruction Strategy & Technical Excellence
With over 25 years of experience in architectural millwork and a background in architecture, Patrick brings rare technical insight and precision to every project. For more than two decades at Classic Woodwork, he has been at the forefront of preconstruction, guiding clients through complex design decisions and ensuring every detail is executable.
