administrative sales support
The role of the incumbent is to support the sales team in order to achieve targeted sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist the sales team (prospecting, planning the itinerary of sales representatives, creating and updating information, monitoring activities in the system, etc.) 
- Telemarketing activities 
- Provide and update sales reports 
- Participate in contract management 
- Update of the prospecting register 
- Support the general sales management team (administrative support, agenda management, various reservations, expense account monitoring, etc.); 
- Maintain files, ensure their follow-up and classification; 
- Prepare sales presentations in PowerPoint format; 
- Coordinate the various departmental meetings (convene the participants, prepare the agendas, write the minutes, ensure follow-ups); 
- Other miscellanous and related clerical duties 
Requirements
- DEC in office automation or the equivalent; 
- Two (2) years of experience in administration and / or marketing in a construction or cabinet-making company 
- French and English spoken and written (Excellent); 
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Mainly PowerPoint and Excel); 
- Excellent work organization; 
- Thoroughness and attention to detail; 
- Sense of initiative; 
- Likes teamwork, interpersonal skills; 
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress well; 
- Diplomacy
