The role of the incumbent is to support the sales team in order to achieve targeted sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist the sales team (prospecting, planning the itinerary of sales representatives, creating and updating information, monitoring activities in the system, etc.)

  • Telemarketing activities

  • Provide and update sales reports

  • Participate in contract management

  • Update of the prospecting register

  • Support the general sales management team (administrative support, agenda management, various reservations, expense account monitoring, etc.);

  • Maintain files, ensure their follow-up and classification;

  • Prepare sales presentations in PowerPoint format;

  • Coordinate the various departmental meetings (convene the participants, prepare the agendas, write the minutes, ensure follow-ups);

  • Other miscellanous and related clerical duties

Requirements

  • DEC in office automation or the equivalent;

  • Two (2) years of experience in administration and / or marketing in a construction or cabinet-making company

  • French and English spoken and written (Excellent);

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Mainly PowerPoint and Excel);

  • Excellent work organization;

  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;

  • Sense of initiative;

  • Likes teamwork, interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress well;

  • Diplomacy
